Good project management is essential in any project supported by EU funding. Good organization, planning and administrative and financial accountability in advance, in the interim and afterwards contribute to the successful implementation and completion of the project.

Our project managers are familiar with both the organizational and administrative side of an EU project as well as financial accountability. They have extensive experience in guiding and coordinating the mandatory interim and final reports to the subsidy provider. We organize the accountability in such a way that your own project manager can also use it as control information.

We also supervise the compilation of the audit file and the audit by the accountant or controller.
