Deployment of existing networks from society

Empower 2.0 focuses on the use of existing networks from society to provide and trade in its own energy. How can residents of European municipalities be prepared for their new active role in the energy market with regard to the energy transition?

International consortium

The international consortium consists of parties from the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Belgium, including Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Municipality of Haarlem, Zaanse Groene, Stadsgarage Haarlem, Kennemer Energie, Ghent University, Province of West Flanders, University of Southern Denmark, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Leiedal, Gate2Growth, Upside Energy and Essex County Council.

Our contribution
